Ocean City Chamber of Commerce to Host Fraud Awareness Seminar

Sturdy Savings Bank will conduct a Fraud Awareness Seminar for the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce as part of the Business Summit. The seminar will focus on recent fraud trends impacting the Financial Industry and businesses.

Topics will include Business Email Compromises and Check/Wire Frauds. The presentation will include examples of these trends and will offer solutions to combat and protect Customers from suffering financial losses. Presenters for the event are Gregory Matuson, CPA, Chief Operating Officer of Sturdy Savings Bank, Danette McDevitt, Director of Operations of Sturdy Savings Bank, and Joseph Badecki, CFE, Security Officer of Sturdy Savings Bank.
