The undersigned hereby agrees to join with other business and professional leaders in a cooperative effort to improve regional economic conditions, the business climate, and inevitably, the quality of life in the Greater Ocean City area.
The Annual Investment, payable in advance, is agreed to until the Chamber of Commerce gives at least 30 days’ notice of increase, reduction or cancellation.
The annual dues are a tax-deductible business expense. Contributions and gifts to the Chamber are not deductible as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes.
