Heavenly Rez

HeavenlyRez is an Ocean City, New Jersey vacation rental management and cohosting company founded by Steve and Kimberly Resnick. The company was built around a simple idea: a professionally managed vacation home should feel just as thoughtful, responsive and welcoming as a great hotel stay – while still preserving the warmth and character that make a shore home special.
What began with the Resnicks managing their own Ocean City beach properties became a full-service hospitality company in 2020, after the buyers of one of their homes asked them to continue managing it. From there, HeavenlyRez grew largely through referrals from homeowners who wanted a more hands-on, hospitality-driven approach to short-term rental management.
Today, HeavenlyRez manages more than 110 properties in Ocean City and supports each home through a local operating model that brings together reservations, guest communication, property care, linen service, inspections, maintenance coordination, concierge services and interior design. Rather than expanding across many destinations, HeavenlyRez has remained intentionally focused on Ocean City – building deep local knowledge, consistent standards and a team designed around one market.
