The City's Earth Day Celebration has been moved to the City Hall Annex Parking Lot, 901 Asbury Ave. The date has been changed to Sat., April 16th so that attendees can also enjoy the City's 26th Annual Doo Dah Parade that will roll by the Annex Parking Lot at noon time. The Earth Day program will be held from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. before, during and after the Parade. It will include environmental displays, Green Giveaways, Children's activities and entertainment.

There is one other change in the Doo Dah Weekend Schedule. The Humor Program featuring internationally acclaimed humorists, Dr. Joel Goodman and Margie Ingram has been moved to the Ocean City Library, 17th and Simpson Ave. on Fri., April 15 at 2 p.m. Admission if free thanks to a grant from the Ocean City Free Public Library. The program will touch on the benefits of humor in a very entertaining way. Dr. Goodman is the founder of the Humor Project in Saratoga Springs New York. He has talked about humor on every continent in the world, is employed by major corporations to present his programs and has been featured many times on network TV programs.

The Superchick Reinvention Tour arrives at the Ocean City Tabernacle, 550 Wesley Ave, March 25 at 7 p.m. Featured are Manafest, Bread of Stone and Cory Lamb. Tickets are $13, $10 in advance, call 609-399-1915

The Jazz Series continues at the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Ave., with Edgardo Cintron, the Latin Side of Jazz, on Sun., March 27 at 3 p.m. to be followed by the Jon Pruitt Group featuring Gina Roche with the Brazilian Side of Jazz on Sun., April 3 at 3 p.m. Concerts are free and are held in the Main Lecture Room of the Library.

The Ocean City Arts Center, 1735 Simpson Ave. presents its Juried Photography Show the month of April. Admission is free. Awards will be announced at a reception, Fri., April 8 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The Ocean City Fine Arts League, 608 Asbury Ave., themed show for April is Cats, Dogs and other Creatures.

Reminder: The Red Raider Jazz Band will present a concert 7:30 p.m., Thurs., March 24 at the Hughes Performing Arts Center, 6th and Atlantic Ave. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students. Ocean City High School Rock and Upper Township Middle School Jazz Bands will also perform.
