It's not too late to register for a favorite art class or try one of the many new classes at the Ocean City Arts Center. Classes begin Monday, September 10 &17 and are available mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Adult classes include drawing, painting, pottery, framing, zumba, tai chi, and ballroom dance. Dance, art, pottery, cartooning, and playwriting classes are available for children and teens. There is also a new "workshop and performance" class for children and teens in which students learn acting techniques and behind the scenes production skills, make-up and wardrobe. The class will end with a production of "It's A Wonderful Life".
Also offered are individual music lessons for all ages including piano, guitar and drums. Customized programs in art and music are available for homeschool students.

For those interested in music lessons, free guitar instruction will be offered by Rob Gummel on Thursday, Sept. 27, and Friday, Sept. 28 at 7 pm; and Saturday, Sept. 29 at 11 am and 1 pm in the Ocean City Arts Center at 1735 Simpson Avenue (in the Community Center).
