Partnering with the Ocean City Fishing Club, the Museum will host an exhibit on the history of the OC Fishing Club, which is celebrating its one hundredth anniversary.  This exhibit will highlight the founding of the club, its development and its role in Ocean City’s community, both in the past and today.  The exhibit will display historic rods, reels, photographs and a selection of the club’s trophies, including the illustrious Ocean City Fishing Cup.  Items from members of the Ocean Fishing Club have been placed on loan with the Museum to help round out the exhibit.  The exhibit will open July 12 with a special reception at 7pm.  For more information about the exhibit or the opening, contact the Museum at 609-399-1801.

The Museum is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10AM to 4PM; Thursday 10AM to 7PM; Saturday 11AM to 2PM.  Located in the Ocean City Community Center, the Museum exhibits images and artifacts that tell the stories of Ocean City’s founding and evolution, so that people may be delighted and inspired.
