The Ocean City Board of REALTORS® announces its Fall Golf Event, a fundraiser to benefit the Ocean City VFW Post 6650, at the Greate Bay Country Club, Egg Harbor Township, on Thursday, October 15, 2015.

Early Bird rate of $120 per golfer is available now through September 15th and after 9/15 the regular individual player rate is $140. The ticket price includes golf, lunch, dinner, and award/auction event. Registration starts at 11:00 a.m., the Shotgun Start is at 12:30 p.m. and dinner with an awards ceremony and silent auction is at 6:00 p.m. Dinner tickets are available for $50 per person.

Proceeds benefit Ocean City’s Ferguson-Foglio VFW Post #6650. The Post provides services for local veterans including veterans of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm and the campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan. www.oceancitynjvfw.org

Prizes will be awarded for tournament contests: tournament winner, runner-up, closest to the pin, hole-in-one, putting challenge, and longest drive-men & women.

Unique to this tournament is the Commemorative Pin Flag Sponsor. The sponsor can commemorate a loved one by sponsoring a personalized pin flag and after the event will be able to take the pin flag home as a memorial.
